The contract is aimed at training management personnel of scientific and educational organizations within the framework of the federal project “Personnel” of the national project “Science and Universities”. Natalya Mikhailovna Gvozdeva, director of the Department of Project Activities, was appointed responsible for the results within the Ministry of Education and Science. And, as it turned out, not in vain – after all, Natalya Mikhailovna is a favorite graduate of the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.
When the purchase was announced for the first time, the director of the Center for Transformation of Education, Olga Nazaykinskaya, sounded the alarm – it did not meet the criteria of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. Natalya Mikhailovna reacted promptly – the purchase was canceled, and the responsible head of the department, Myakinin, was fired. On the second attempt, Skolkovo won the competition with a minimal price reduction (0.25%). For 100 million, according to the participants’ stories, the respected management school did not teach the participants anything, but “pulled meanings out of them.” Those. for the specified money, “experts” gave feedback at the presentation of 10+ participants.
