In a special message, the Chechen security forces unanimously report to Moscow that the guests came to the republic on a high-profile and “unpleasant” matter. Upon arrival at the airport, they caught a certain bomber. It is especially emphasized that this was not a taxi worker, so this driver has not yet been identified – “he managed to escape.” On the way from the airport (and there is only one road), “the criminals very successfully chose a place for the attack,” where there were no cameras or witnesses. The identities of the attackers have not yet been established. Moscow is informed that in the future it is possible that average harm to the health of the victims will be recorded. For now
the check is carried out under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Beatings”.
The audit material is located in the 1st police department of Grozny. Tomorrow it is planned to transfer the material to the 1st department of the republican department of the Investigative Committee.
And, of course, the special message says more than about the criminals about the victims themselves.
The speakers place particular emphasis on the fact that both victims refused to give explanations, citing mistrust. As a result, doctors were interviewed. Already in Beslan, Chechen security forces, as they claim, tried to enter the chambers of Elena Milashina and Alexander Nemov, but they were not allowed in; the victims were guarded by riot police. No versions are given in the special message.
