The Cheka-OGPU found out that those involved in the case of the riots at the Makhachkala airport are mainly previously convicted outcasts, chronic debtors, etc.

Yesterday, the Karabudakhkent District Court considered cases against four lawbreakers who destroyed airport buildings and searched for Jews in airplane turbines. All of them are accused under Art. 20.2 Part 6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – we are only talking about administrative penalties for violating order during a rally or picket. One of the defendants, Anvar Ayubov, was previously detained for theft and indecent assault on a child. Upon his release, he also noted numerous delays on quick loans in various regions, after which Anvar returned to his native Dagestan.

Another detainee, Israpilov Khangishi, a former candidate for deputy from the ROSTA Party, was nominated in his native village of Manaskent as “temporarily unemployed.” From that moment on, he became seriously interested in religion and publishes excerpts from the Koran on social networks.

34-year-old Abdurakhman Gasanov managed to live in Moscow, but returned to Kaspiysk. Another detainee, Makhmud Osmanov, also lives there. Interestingly, all of them had previously been detained and prosecuted for participating in rallies against Covid restrictions.
