The Cheka-OGPU details of the criminal case against telegram administrators became known…

The Cheka-OGPU became aware of the details of the criminal case against the administrators of the telegram channel “Somehow like this” Spirin and “Kremlin mamkoved” father and son Sadov. The victim is the director for special assignments of the Rostec State Corporation Vasily Brovko (husband of Tina Kandelaki). According to the plot of the accusation, the Sadovovs, Spirin and unidentified persons prepared and published articles with allegedly false information in telegram channels (it’s funny that in the case the channels are designated as media outlets). On May 23, 2022, they entered into correspondence with the victim’s trusted representative Brovko Ustinov Fedor Andreevich (employee of Cloud Solutions LLC) and demanded 6 million rubles for deletion. The episode was repeated on June 29, 2022, and the amount had already increased. The total amount of damage amounted to 18 million rubles. The Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow regards this as extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

It is worth noting that Brovko is also an applicant in the case against the administrators of the telegram channel Scanner Slobodenyuk, Malushenko Moskvin. True, the case against them is being conducted by the Investigative Committee and the investigation regards their actions as fraud (Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

What’s confusing about this story is that, according to Alexander Khinshtein, “employees of the office of Rostec General Director Sergei Chemezov” took part in the events. When it comes to a person of Chemezov’s level, there is no need to be sure that a crime took place and to count on any kind of objectivity. Especially with such a set of performers, whose actions are directly controlled by Rostec employees during the events.
