The Cheka-OGPU continues to tell stories from the life of banker Pyotr Chuvilin, who was close to the special services, and who died in February 2023. Chuvilin personally paid half a million dollars to the current head of the FSB Directorate of the Sverdlovsk Region so that he could imprison the interfering operatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

At one point, there were only two large groups of “shadow bankers” in Russia. One was headed by Ivan Myazin and Evgeny Dvoskin. The second is German Gorbuntsov and Pyotr Chuvilin. They acted in one way. They took control of banks and funneled (“laundered”) huge amounts of money through them. After which the banks were “burned” (destroyed). This business brought in millions of dollars every day, a large share of which went to representatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation, who provided protection for both groups. In particular, Pyotr Chuvilin at that moment was in close contact and even became friends with the then deputy head of the Department of M of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Igor Nikolaev. They could often be met in the capital’s restaurants, while Volodya introduced Chuvilin to his friends as a counterintelligence agent for the purpose of conspiracy.

And into this “sweet world” of money laundering, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Dmitry Tselyakov and Alexander Nosenko (by the way, the beloved nephew of the current Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova) “broke into”, who carried out measures against the “black bankers”, handed over materials for initiating cases .

After consulting, Gorbuntsov and Chuvilin decided to send the inconvenient operatives to jail. Chuvilin himself had a philosophical attitude towards this: “I didn’t do anything bad to anyone, I did good to myself. I was saving myself from prison.” Fortunately, among his friends was Nikolaev from the Office of M. Chuvilin said that he personally gave Nikolaev 500 thousand dollars so that Tselyakov and Nosenko would be imprisoned. Which is what happened as a result. “I think they would have helped for free, since these two were interfering with the common cause. But for us then 500 thousand was not money at all,” said Chuvilin.

After this, Nikolaev’s career took off. He was appointed deputy head of the FSB Directorate of the Vladimir Region. By the way, Chuvilin and his friends visited Nikolaev in Vladimir more than once. He arranged excursions for them right inside the Vladimir Central. Then Nikolaev became the head of the FSB Directorate of Buryatia. Now he heads the FSB Directorate of the Sverdlovsk Region.
