The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about the war of the special services that unfolded over the former RUSNANO employee, General Director of NeoTek Nail Gubaev. He is the main defendant in the case of the theft of RUSNANO funds, the threads of which lead to the most prominent members of Chubais’ team, and, if desired, to Anatoly Borisovich himself. To prevent Gubaev from ending up in a pre-trial detention center, they tried to make him a victim from the FSB Central Election Commission officers, high-ranking officials and security forces. The purpose of this was to make Gubaeva a victim of security forces and officials and take her under state protection. We have already told how the Internal Security Service of the FSB made up a story about Gubaev’s alleged abduction by “FSB officers,” planting drugs on him and extorting money. Then materials were generated that Gubaev, through high-ranking FSB officers, transferred money for Elvis-NEOTek to receive an FSB certificate, as well as for closing the subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. One of the recipients of the funds was allegedly Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Shpak. However, the result is a case of fraud. They say they took money from Gubaev, but did nothing. However, Shpak was still summoned for questioning. Today we’ll talk about one more material. Materials were also prepared that Gubaev paid a large sum of money to an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation seconded to Rosreestr, Dmitry Dashkov and the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky in order to be given access to state secrets and to hire Nail’s wife Suzannaya Gubaeva (Arashchakova) to work at Rosreestr. – a close relative of ex-Senator Rauf Arashukova. Again, everything was investigated as fraud, but Dashkov was interrogated, and Skufinsky was summoned for questioning.
