The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about the untouchable “thieves in law” – mafiosi, whose detention was prohibited by the 8th department of the Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation. Today we will bring from this caste “thieves in law” from Chechnya. There are two such people on the list. The first is Akhmed Dombaev (Akhmed Shalinsky), who has had a special relationship with the special services since his youth. Suffice it to say that he received a huge sentence for raids on cargo carriers, carried out together with an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation. Upon his release, the keeper of part of the common fund, Dombaev went to Chechnya, where he refused to join the clan closest to the republican authorities. It includes a number of Chechen crime bosses, including Aziz Batukaev (Aziz), and the leader is the “authority” Kazbek Dukuzov. 
After being detained in Turkey, Dombaev flew to the UAE, but it also happens in Russia. Nothing should interfere with his visits.
Batukaev is also on this list.
