Having seized an oil depot in the Purovsky district, Tetro ordered from abroad not only to hold and not allow employees to enter the facility, but also to drain the fuel stored there. On the night of October 21-22, on his instructions, Alexander Goncharov ordered the valve on the carriage to be opened and up to 100 tons of oil was drained into the soil. The demarche was aimed at inducing the payment of money. At the same time, rates dropped to 800 million rubles.
Not only did Tetro and co. actually destroy other people’s property and pollute the soil, they created the threat of a technological disaster in the region, because specially trained personnel of the oil depot operator are still not allowed on the site.
The legal operator, Element LLC, contacted local law enforcement agencies, but they stated that a statement had been written against the director of the operator on behalf of Goncharov. Stolen oil is allegedly stored at the oil depot.
Tetro, in a conversation with the security forces, refers to the fact that Ramzan Kadyrov’s people are behind everything, namely the former head of the Geographical Society of Chechnya, Rashid Arsaev. This time, the rightful owner was asked to “roll back” 500 million. Tetro, while abroad, also assured that all issues had been resolved with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Sergei Kostenko, and that he was not going to do anything about all the counter-statements and would not do so.
