The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about the scandalous story in the Kherson region – a large group of employees of the local police department accused the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Lipandin and his “right hand” – the head of the Internal Security Service Igor Sobol – of their abduction, torture, imprisonment in a secret prison in the basement and robbery.

In November, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kherson region carried out an operation to intercept a large shipment of drugs. On the territory of the hot spring in the village of Strelkovoe, a certain Ekaterina was detained, who immediately announced that the operatives were on the “territory” of Lipandin and the “governor”, Katya herself was their person and if the opera did not leave, problems awaited them.

The drug police refused to leave, and soon the special forces arrived, beat the operatives, put bags on their heads and took them to Lipandin’s residence. The latter threatened to kill the operas and ordered them to be placed in a secret prison in a burnt basement. The employees were also robbed of their money, phones and anything valuable.

Once free, the employees wrote a statement addressed to the head of the Investigative Committee and Putin against Lipandin and Sobol.

“Lipandin decided to play dirty, since we didn’t stop and continued to fight, he decided to fabricate criminal cases against us. Lipandin gave instructions to make illegal reports on the seizure of weapons and initiate cases against us under Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession of weapons). And also the fact that we allegedly extorted money from that same Katya and opened a case under Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (extortion). We are receiving threats that if we don’t stop complaining, we will be imprisoned,” said one of the employees of the Cheka-OGPU.
