The progress and results of the investigation in the criminal case were under the personal control of the ex-prosecutor of the Tula region R.S. Praskov, who reported all investigative actions to Governor Dyumin. But A.N. Shelepanov, having waited for his boss Praskov to be transferred to the Rostov region, brought information to Alexander Yadykin about the possibility of solving his problems. The honor of the blue uniform was valued modestly by Shelepanov – at 5 million rubles. Taking advantage of the temporary absence of the appointed head of the regional prosecutor’s office, Shelepanov A.N. through simple manipulations, he brought the results of the investigation of a criminal case under its termination due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
Subsequently, the regional prosecutor reported to Governor Dyumin that there were no grounds for further criminal prosecution. Currently, Alexander Yadykin freely walks around the city of Tula, talking in detail about how Shelepanov outwitted the Governor-General of the Tula Region Dyumin.
