The Cheka-OGPU found out that Open Alliance Media, which created Jingliks, did not have super studios. Based on the materials of the court case No. A40-92577/23-50-722, an agreement was concluded between Gidromashservice LLC and OPEN Alliance Media, according to which the animators rented 3 offices for an office with a total area of 36.5 m2 on the 4th floor of the building address: Moscow, st. 2-ya Khutorskaya, 38A, building 15. Moreover, OPEN Alliance subleased one of the premises to its founder, Axiomatika LLC. The super production was located on 25 square meters. Part of the money from production was spent on outsourcing – for a series of cartoons, contractors received a maximum of 40% of the pledged amount.
In 2020, the writer Roy rebelled and through the court (case No. A40-107394/20-117-700) demanded that Axiomatics give him documentation on the studio. The creator did not know where the money was going, and he had to take the rap for the failures of the projects. For example, with the full-length “Jinglings,” which was never released, although according to statements it required 560 million rubles. Even the Cinema Fund, which paid for part of the cartoon, had to sue the writer for 32 million rubles. The money was given and the case was closed. And they hinted to Oleg Roy that everything would change soon, and the writer withdrew the lawsuit. After his complaints to his former father-in-law Rashnikov, he asked his friend Igor Sechin to sort out the problems of the animators. The head of Rosneft, out of habit, entrusted this to his adviser Oleg Feoktistov and his closest friend Ivan Tkachev, with whom Rashnikov has a common interest – hockey. So the teams gathered to help Roy.
Further more interesting. The animation business has begun to prepare for new management and a new “money wash.” In the second half of 2020, “Sechinites” came to all structures affiliated with Garantex – Pavel Karavatsiy began to move the unknown “Fintech Corporation” to manage the exchange, Sergey Chunaev became the founder of Flip Animation Studio and began to crush animation, their “assistant” is a lawyer Alexander Tsarapkin seized control first of Open Alliance Media, then of Axiomatika.
In essence, it was a raider takeover under the control of security officers Tkachev-Feoktistov and Rosneft security officers – they did this more than once. The lawyer’s task was to merge the companies that had offended Roy and laundered millions on the creation of cartoons, and take the “laundry” for himself, throwing out the previous beneficiaries. Chunaev and his team prepared for the “big wash” by 2022, received the rights to produce “Jingliks” from Open Alliance, and at the same time punished the offenders of Rashnikov’s ex-son-in-law, author Oleg Roy. It is worth remembering his statements that 280 stories were written based on the Jingle Universe, and only 15 were filmed. And those, as the Cheka-OGPU found out, were “suddenly” lost.
Immediately after the rights to the cartoons were transferred to Chunaev’s office, the arbitration court received case No. A40-215767/22-110-1620. According to the lawsuit, FLIP ANIMATION STUDIO demanded that OPEN ALLIANCE MEDIA compensate damages of 14,830,000 rubles for 15 episodes of Jingle, which, due to the fault of Open Alliance, were erased from the electronic media. Allegedly, in that very little room on 2nd Khutorskaya the electricity began to fail. And after a few days there was such a network overload that the server with the cartoons simply burned down. Allegedly, even an examination confirmed that 110 terrabays with “Jingliks” were lost irretrievably. Interestingly, the cost of all 15 issues of the popular multiverse Flip Animation and its owner Sergei Chunaev was estimated at 988,666 rubles per episode.
