The Cheka-OGPU received from its source joint photos from 2015 and 2019 of the foreman of the jury Igor Chivirev (juror 3) and Pavel Kazankin (juror 2). They hid the fact of their acquaintance from other participants in the proceedings, which is a gross violation of the norms of procedural law.

When it is necessary to achieve the “necessary” guilty verdict, as a rule, each of the jurors is “treated” differently. Someone may be blackmailed with incriminating evidence, or “senior authoritative comrades” will tell someone in confidence that they are confident in the guilt of the defendants, but evidence could not be collected due to the long-standing nature of the crimes. But lack of evidence is not a reason to leave the killer free! And no one has canceled the 30 pieces of silver method. Bribery can be not only money, but also a promotion on the career ladder. All these methods are illegal. Any influence on members of the jury is prohibited.

A source close to the employees of the Lyubertsy City Court said that before the verdict was pronounced, Chivirev told other jurors about certain sources he had, “who told him that the defendants were guilty of committing these crimes.”
