The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about corruption in the ranks of the “T” police department, in particular about specific cases of Russian Railways, in which ex-chief Ruslan Yazidjyan had a hand.

One of the main “merits” that can be attributed to the current deputy head of the CDPO (a subsidiary of Russian Railways) is the collapse of the investigation against the deputy head of the Carriage Repair Service, Evgeniy Galaktionov.

They tried to take someone accused of bribery to war and almost shoot him there “while trying to escape”, or put him in a “suicide squad”, where out of hundreds of stormtroopers only a few survive. The interest of the “T” security forces is understandable – Galaktionov is pulling behind him too well-known names from the Russian Railways apparatus. Many of them have already paid for the “reservation” of retired Colonel Ruslan Yazijyan, who, from behind the scenes of the railway department, continues to keep his finger on the pulse, making money on government contracts and dissuading his colleagues from the investigation.

The list continues with Alexander Sulla, former head of the Oktyabrsky procurement center of Russian Railways. He was caught red-handed when he demanded a kickback of 1.7 million rubles for the victory of the Voskhodstroy enterprise at an auction. Unlike other “bribe takers”, he was put under house arrest, and the case was marinated for two years, in every possible way diverting suspicion directly from the boss and, probably, the organizer of the scheme – Igor Sakovich, who eventually, thanks to the “Yazidzhanites”, rose to the rank of 1st deputy head October Railway.

However, the people of the former head of the UEiPK Ruslan Yazidzhyan also know how to fulfill orders and eliminate competitors. For example, it turned out to be quite easy to leak the head of the social sector directorate of the Oktyabrskaya Railway, Mechislav Zhigalo. He was taken for 5 million, which were intended for the management of the Railways. Having agreed that Zhigalo would not betray anyone and would remain silent in court, he was given a suspended sentence in a criminal case of attempted fraud.
