The Cheka-OGPU continues to study the submission made by the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office to the Ministry of Defense. It follows from it that a pre-investigation check is now underway into the fact of causing damage to the state in the amount of 2.8 billion rubles. This is just an amazing story. A subsidiary of the Ministry of Defense, JSC GUOV, is constructing buildings and structures for the Central Archives of the Ministry of Defense in Podolsk. The contractors built such a foundation and facilities that they simply turned out to be completely unusable. Due to complete impossibility of use, only constructed facilities worth…2.8 billion rubles were written off and dismantled.
For the same reason, the Voronezh-DM radar station has not yet been installed in Olenegorsk. JSC GUOV and its contractors have laid a foundation of such strength that it cannot support the station. They haven’t been able to solve the problem….since 2018.
Let us recall that, as the Cheka-OGPU reported yesterday, military prosecutors have established that over 1.5 thousand contracts (83%) of the total have not currently been fulfilled, including contracts for the construction of particularly significant facilities for nuclear deterrence systems, missile warnings attack, unified space system, etc.
