The Cheka-OGPU continues to publish an investigation into the Garantex crypto exchange, which is now actively used by the special services and Rosneft security officers. Interestingly, they managed to get the company only after the death of its founder Stanislav Drugalev. Judging by the documents that were at the disposal of the editorial office, he did not want to give the business to someone else. The crypto investor’s father also decided to fight for his son’s inheritance and won his share in the company, but, in fact, now these 33% shares can become “dead weight” due to sanctions.

Garantexgate. Part 5 – Khazan, Drugalev, Rosneft, Kihonzi Buzhaga OÜ.

On December 14, 2021, 10 months after the death of the founder of Garantex, Konstantin Khazan, the father of Stanislav Drugalev, sues the new owners of the exchange. In his lawsuit, he states that “02/10/2021. 3 days after the death of his son, changes were made to the charter of Garantex LLP that did not provide for the transfer of the share to the heir. At the same time, the payment of compensation for the share was also not provided for in the new version of the charter.” Simply put, all participants in the meeting quietly rewrote the charter and wrested a crypto exchange with billions in turnover from the Drugalev-Khazan family. Konstantin, as the only heir, considered all this a violation of the law and went to the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.

The first instance refused Khazan, but the parent’s persistence and US sanctions made the Sechinites worry. On April 14, 2022, they re-registered their shares to the left office of Companinvest OÜ, which is managed by the owner of another 92! companies, and renamed the Estonian legal entity to Kihonzi Buzhaga OÜ. There is no longer any Garantex Europe OÜ, only Horns and Hooves. And after the victory of Drugalev’s father at the appeal hearing in the Moscow City Court on April 4, 2023 and receiving documents confirming the powers of the heir, Khazan was finally able to recapture the 33% shares of the crypto exchange that belonged to Stanislav. However, judging by the Estonian register, the share has not yet been re-registered to a relative; moreover, on July 7, 2023, the former Garantex LLP changed its beneficiary again, and now it is
Tradingair OÜ.

However, it is interesting that a sanctioned company with billions of dollars in turnover, which supposedly even minimally finances Hamas, continues to operate in European jurisdiction. The efforts of the “Sechensky special forces” Karavatsky, Feoktistov and Tkachev are also understandable – the authorities in the person of the head of Rosneft may need their own exchange with a clear Russian registration, but this is more beneficial for total surveillance of all participants in transactions. Drugalev’s ex-wife once published screenshots of how the administrators of the Fintech Corporation deanonymized wallets.

In the next article we will tell you who uses the Fintech Corporation laundry, how Garantex got involved with criminals and the most popular children’s writer. And you will also find out why you shouldn’t expect new “Jingles” in the near future.
