Let us remind you that charges of terrorism were brought against a number of random individuals whom one would not even dare call saboteurs. All of them lived their normal lives before the emergency. Most of them are in one way or another related to the search and hiring of a truck, which, according to the security forces, was loaded with explosives. After contradictory statements from the top leadership of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the Investigative Committee and the FSB, all 8 people who were detained in hot pursuit but immediately released were hastily arrested.
“The first interrogation was carried out only on February 17 in the pre-trial detention center. They asked about relatives, real estate in Ukraine, whether the husband received money from other participants in the case. He answered all these questions in the negative. After some time, the interrogation was repeated, but the questions were the same,” said the wife of one of the defendants.
According to the interlocutor, after a series of publications by the Cheka-OGPU about the lack of evidence in the case, the other day an investigator and a polygraph examiner came to her husband in the detention center. Despite the fact that the lawyer was not informed about the study, the accused terrorist agreed to take a lie detector test, where questions were prepared about whether he knew about the impending terrorist attack or not. However, the profiler’s apparatus suddenly malfunctioned, and the only expedient investigative action during all this time was thwarted.
