The owner of the Orientir construction company, the untouchable developer of warehouses in the Moscow region, Elena Bondarchuk, is connected with Vorobyov, Mordashov, a bunch of politicians and oligarchs, and does not hide her business friendship with the son of the head of the Russian Guard – for billions of state money they are building warehouse space for Ozon, OBI, Miratorg, X5 and others retailers.
Construction is not Bondarchuk’s only income. A notable asset is the Caravella company, which she managed together with the Ovchinnikov family – these are partners of Putin’s classmate Viktor Khmarin. “Caravelle” is, in fact, a platform for the Russian Direct Investment Fund, which attracts finance from abroad to the Russian Federation and at the same time acts as a co-investor in startups. To put it simply, Bondarchuk and her friends, having attached themselves to the RDIF, work with the fund’s trillion-dollar resources, sell warehouses to the fund and sell useless startups, the money from which is laundered, including through the Garantex crypto exchange.
In 2018, Bondarchuk founded the Quantum Technologies company. In particular, she still wants to create a quantum computer. Not a single hundred million was poured into it – there is no computer. Another such “laundry” for Bondarchuk was organized by the heroes of previous investigations of the Cheka-OGPU – writer Oleg Roy and his friends Sergei Chunaev and Pavel Karavatsky. In 2020, with the start of preparations for the takeover of Garantex, its insurance company Orientir became a co-owner of Roy Entertainment and bought the rights to the animated series SuperMeow. Bondarchuk “invested” 300 million rubles in the production of the cartoon just from the start. In 2022, the studio’s profit fell to -42.3 million rubles, revenue amounted to 2.7 million – classic laundering indicators, supposedly cartoon cats pulled out a lot of money.
On October 2, 2023, Mrs. Bondarchuk suddenly “bought out” 65% of “Roy Entertainment” from her own subsidiary company – apparently, “Super Meow” promises to become a “cult cartoon” and bring in billions of laundered money. Another 25% of the share still belongs to the writer Oleg Rezepkin-Roy, where another 10% went is not clear. According to the Federal Tax Service database, in July 2023, Dmitry Salop lost his share in the LLC; even earlier, he ceased to be the general director of Roy Entertainment. His departure from the number of beneficiaries of the animation project is easy to explain – now he is the founder of companies conditionally related to the defense industry. Previously, Salop was the deputy director of the pseudoscientific JSC “Concern Granit”, which made the sensational remote anti-Covid emitter “Thor”. The owner and vice-president of the concern is Elena Bondarchuk.
“Thor” was presented by a deputy minister of industry, but in the end the device turned out to be an ordinary air purifier crossed with a low-power microwave, but again hundreds of millions were spent on its “development.” Thanks to the Thor revelations, everyone learned that behind Granit there are FSB cryptographers who are obsessed with cryptocurrency and are developing domestic blockchain solutions and database management systems whose cryptography is supposedly more reliable than that of Bitcoin. Activists in this direction were security officers Shcherbakov (adviser to the deputy chairman of the Central Bank) and Turkanov (adviser in the Medvedev administration), they are united by the Association of Cryptocurrency Activists and… outright lies. Concern Granit has never made any super systems, no one really uses their data protection and hardware systems, all that the office does, judging by government contracts, is selling and repairing radio stations for security forces. However, in 2021, Granit experienced an incredible increase in income – over 3 billion rubles. That year when Garantex was captured and the people of Tkachev and Feoktistov took the helm, and Bondarchuk began investing not only in unprofitable animation, but also anti-Covid guns.
