Chunaev, Carrion, Zakharchenko, Karavatsky, Khaptakhaev, Khismatullin and a “simple” driver.
On October 4, MK published note about Moscow 24 TV presenter Rosario Carrion. According to the publication, the girl contacted the police with a statement of fraud. A year ago she became the owner of video production. Things didn’t work out, so the blogger recently decided to sell a 50% stake – the TV presenter issued a power of attorney for this deal. Later it turned out that the second share was sold under the same power of attorney. Sergey Chunaev became the full owner of the production, namely the animation studio “Flip Animation Studio”. Again. It was he who sold the same company to Rosario Carrion in August 2022.
The Cheka-OGPU has already talked about the former policeman Chunaev, the “best student” Denis Sugrobov and Dmitry Zakharchenko, “watching over St. Petersburg”, who was able to escape punishment by handing over his teachers to the 6th service of the FSB Internal Security Service of General Feoktistov. His story is indicative: the position of the head of the 8th ORCh UEBiPK St. Petersburg headquarters, raids on banks, Lenenergo and other companies, dismissal, escape to Moscow using forged documents, repentance and leaking incriminating evidence on the management. As a result, the 34-year-old ex-policeman became one of the recruited agents of the “Sechin special forces” and went exactly the same way as the current manager of Garantex, Pavel Karavatsky. In 2016, immediately after the defeat of the OPS, Zakharchenko Chunaev was appointed to the position of vice president at the All-Russian Regional Development Bank, owned by Rosneft. Karavatsky, as mentioned earlier, had a similar position – in the same year he was “seconded” as a member of the board of directors to JSCB Peresvet, which is part of the RRDB structure. And in 2020, as if on cue, both of them started businesses related to the crypto exchange. One had the goal of taking over Garantex, getting unwanted people out of the way, then the founder of the crypto exchange Drugalev “conveniently” died in Dubai, the other had the goal of establishing a “financial laundry”, ways of withdrawing money and schemes for evading sanctions.
In particular, one of the successful areas discovered by Chunaev is animation and cartoons. In one of articles wrote: “in 2015, HIS company Flip Animation Studio was created, and at the end of 2020 he took over as CEO.” The LLC was indeed registered on November 3, 2015, but initially its owners were certain Anna Chernykh and Vitaly Glovyak. Chernykh is an artist nicknamed “Anya Blagaya”, Glovyak is a driver who worked in the Ministry of Agriculture, and later in the insurance company “Alliance Rosno Life”. He still carries the general director there and, as his resume indicates, “carries out particularly important assignments.” For this, the driver was awarded not only his own anime studio, but was also temporarily named as a beneficiary of the production of household chemicals in the Moscow region and the Development Institute “Scientific Educational Innovations”, formerly Shearcom Systems LLC. It’s interesting with the last office – now, having transformed, it is part of the Synergy group and is tied to the big financial tycoons – Eduard Khaptakhaev, an expert at the State Duma of the Russian Federation and chairman of the Association for the Development of Leasebacks, and billionaire Vitaly Khismatullin, the ex-general director of Capital Management Company. Both of them are participants in the Panama Papers and have a network of offshore companies, which are obviously used by the patrons of the driver Glovyak and the “animator” Chunaev.
