The Cheka-OGPU continues the investigation into the Garantex crypto exchange, which was seized by Sechensky special forces. We managed to find out what happened to the crypto exchanger immediately after the death of its founder Drugalev. It turns out that the Garantex legal entity no longer exists, it was disguised as an Estonian company, and all the shareholders were hidden in front offices.

Laundromat Garantex. Part 4 – Drugalev, Mendeleev, Karavatsky, Kihonzi Buzhaga OÜ.

February 4, 2021 3 days before the death of Stanislav Drugalev, commercial director of Garantex Alex Ntifo-Siao and Sechin special forces man Pavel Karavatsky become beneficiaries of Fintech Corporation LLC, an office of Rosneft, which prominent security officers opened specifically to seize the crypto exchange.

February 7, 2021 The body of the founder of Garantex is found in Dubai, they say he drowned. Relatives do not find a laptop with codes for wallets with crypt on him. The police don’t say anything – the family doesn’t believe in the version that it’s a suicide.

In just 3 days February 10, 2021 An “emergency” meeting of Garantex shareholders is taking place in Estonia. Although no one seems to be in a hurry. The fact that the composition of the shareholders of the largest Russian exchange would change was known in advance when former friends announced a new member of the Management Board – Karavatsky’s wife Irina Chernyavskaya (they have a common son). On January 21, an Estonian translator and notary registered Drugalev’s power of attorney, in which he stated in direct words that he would fight for his brainchild. The founder of the exchange has endowed the representative in Estonia with a full package of his rights, which can also be used in the active defense of interests. And Karavatsky and his superiors did not need any extra noise from the stubborn crypto-currency specialist.

After Drugalev’s death, Garantex completely comes under the control of Fintech Corporation. The company opens its website, in user agreements and offers of various crypto exchange products now indicated LLC under the leadership of ex-banker Pavel Karavatsky. He even receives additional education in finance – apparently hoping for a promotion. Some of the former Garantex team remains with the new owners, some leave, as, for example, Sergei Mendeleev does – a month after the death of the founder March 10, 2021 the ex-partner leaves the founders of the Estonian company. Now the shares of the European legal entity are 66% owned by Rosneft’s “own” people – Ntifo-Siao and Chernyavskaya/Karavatsky.

In the next article, the Cheka-OGPU will tell how Drugalev’s father, following the example of his son, went against the “Sechin special forces” and tried to sue for a share in Garantex. What came out of this in the sequel…
