The Cheka-OGPU continues a series of publications from its own investigation into the Garantex crypto exchange. As it turned out, on the eve of the death of the founder of the exchange Stanislav Drugalev, security forces opened a criminal case against him. There were also threats from former partners. It turns out that they all betrayed Drugalev and, out of fear or money, decided to work for the security forces. We provide documentary evidence that the owner of the crypto exchange wanted to fight for his business to the last.

Laundromat Garantex. Part 3 – Karavatsky, Sechin, Ryazanova, Ntifo-Siao, Chernyavskaya, betrayal.

October 9, 2020 the unknown company FINTECH CORPORATION is headed by a former high-ranking operative of the Federal Alcohol Regulatory Agency, patron of generals Feoktistov and Tkachev, member of the board of directors of JSCB Peresvet and security officer of the Rosneft bank RRRR Pavel Karavatsky. A month earlier, the “corporation” had a different name – “TARGIN LOGISTICS”. Judging by annotations, Targin is a large Russian oil service holding company owned by PJSC NK Rosneft. The fintech contact number is k.duvakina@rn-transport.ru. The same box displayed in the procurement of the RN-Transport company (i.e. RosNeft-Transport), the procurement object is called “IT infrastructure support”. Obviously, since October 2019, this mothballed company was being prepared by “oil special forces” to work with crypt.

December 21, 2020 Stanislav Drugalev signs a power of attorney that he will be represented by Estonian Maya Ryazanova at the upcoming shareholders meeting. Documents are visaed in the UAE and sent to Europe through the embassy. The same thing, but only December 23 done by Mendeleev and Ntifa-Siao. The texts of the powers of attorney differ (in the photo). The Cheka-OGPU cites what the shareholders planned to do with Garantex through a representative:

Drugalev:
“… I authorize… To make and sign changes in connection with the registration and removal of shareholders, update the trade permit, change the name and scope of activity and all other changes with the right to submit them to the authorities and accept them, add your name to the computer card, sell the trade permit and transfer to a third party in the Republic of Estonia.”

Ntifa-Siao:
“… sign on my behalf as a member of the Management Board applications for the inclusion and/or exclusion of members of the Management Board in the Commercial Register, for changes in the Charter or other data…. to be my representative in organizations and institutions of the Republic of Estonia, including tax and executive authorities, with the right to receive from all officials and other representatives of organizations documents and certificates necessary for conducting business.”

At the same time, Alex writes another statement (photo) that he has the legal right to be a member of Garantex. Apparently, in preparation for the fact that Drugalev’s statements regarding the impending seizure of his share, with accusations against Ntifa-Siao, will be sent to the Estonian courts. However, the warnings came true.

Mendeleev:
“… with this power of attorney I authorize the Attorney to sign on my behalf an application for inclusion of Irina Nikolaevna Chernyavskaya (born 06/07/1985) as a member of the Management Board in the Commercial Register.”

In fact, Mendeleev recognizes a new member of the Board – Irina Chernyavskaya. She, as it turned out, is the wife of Pavel Karavatsky (they have a common son), she is registered in his house and parks with him in the same car. Mendeleev’s betrayal, which determined the voting results in advance. On the same day, December 23, Chernyavskaya writes the same power of attorney to the same attorney:

“I authorize you to represent me as a future shareholder of the Estonian LLP…. the person to whom the share is alienated.”

Obviously, all shareholders already knew that at the next meeting Drugalev would either be expelled and his share would be transferred to Karavatsky’s partner, or he would no longer be alive. The meeting was scheduled for mid-February. In the following material we will provide a chronology of what happened to Garantex immediately after the death of the founder.
