She demands from Marugov’s mother 1/2 share of the inheritance left after her father, citing a ruling of the Taganrog court of 1999, where Belenky himself successfully petitioned to establish paternity. Formally, we are talking about the division of deposits and cars (the total amount is about 2 million rubles), but the plaintiff believes that most of the money was withdrawn from her father’s accounts before the notary opened the inheritance case. And her half-brother Vladimir Marugov owes his fortune to Belenky, so Natalya hopes to prove the fact of debt obligations in order to claim the inheritance that remained after the death of the sausage king.
