The source spoke about the background to the forceful seizure of the base. According to the interlocutor, the raiders were sent from the Chechen Republic by the disgraced businessman David Tetro. Last year, he was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for stealing 3.6 billion from Novikombank. During the investigation, the businessman betrayed his accomplices by concluding a pre-trial agreement. According to the source, Tetro was released early and reached an agreement with the bankruptcy trustee of his company. With the help of fraud and falsification, he managed to challenge the rights of the new owner of the property (part of the oil depot), which once belonged to him, but was sold under the hammer. In this whole multi-step, he is covered by the investigator of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ramis Kaziev, who was investigating the case of theft from the bank. At the investigation stage, the security officer threatened the new owner of the property with the initiation of a criminal case.
At the very last moment, when Tetro’s scheme almost worked and the assets were almost transferred to him, the auction was contested by the legal owner and the property was seized. Then David flew to Israel, and instructed his long-time assistants to deal with the base: manager Alexander Goncharov, lawyer Elena Dordzhi-Goryaeva, partners Rashid Arsaev and Aslan Bachaev (previously held a post in the government of the Chechen Republic).
The latter, in turn, sent 20 Chechens, led by Goncharov, to the site. The raiders took control of the base and put forward an offer to the legal owner of the seized enterprise: to buy the property for 1.2 billion rubles. All this is happening with the full connivance of local law enforcement agencies.
