They are suspected of kidnapping, extortion and organizing a criminal community. One of the main characters in this story is Deniev Aslan Vakhaevich. An active employee of one of the security forces of the Chechen Republic. Assistant and guarantor of one of Ramzan Kadyrov’s nephews. Mostly lives in Moscow. According to him, he can enter any office of the security forces. He likes to trump his friendship with Kadyrov’s relative, saying that only he, in a familiar manner, “can slap him on the shoulder.” 
Involved in many murky schemes, he managed to appear in several high-profile cases, including the “hushed up” shooting incident on Arbat.
He specializes in extortion, bank fraud, fabrication of criminal cases, etc. He moves around Moscow in cars with license plates k095RA77, carries and likes to display an automatic pistol of the Stechkin system. In this case, his younger brother, Deniev Ruslan, an active criminal investigation operative of one of the Moscow Region Department of Internal Affairs, appeared with him. It also has a “rich” history – numerous violations and scandals.
