The attention of the operatives was drawn to a chat in which an audio recording of a conversation was sent between presumably one of the judges of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District with a person whom she addressed as “Vyacheslav Viktorovich.” The audio recording is accompanied by a short but meaningful crying emoji. Based on the context of the correspondence and the content of the audio recording, it can be assumed that the person referred to as “Vyacheslav Viktorovich” is the still current Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District and this person gives instructions with which the executor does not agree.
It has long been known within the system of arbitration courts of the Moscow District that Kress V.V. often gives instructions in the court subordinate to him through the chairmen of the judicial panels. It can be assumed that the sound recording of the conversation was made by one of the chairmen of the court of the Moscow cassation, and judging by the female voice and the small number of members of the Moscow cassation, it is not so difficult to understand who they are talking about. The short but succinct comment “crying emoji” is apparently an explanation for the case, established by the investigation, of a judicial act that was contrary to the interests of the message recipient. It is characteristic that the decision made by this judge was subsequently overturned by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which confirms the fact that Kress’s instructions were illegal.
Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU reported that significant material had been accumulated on Chairman Vyacheslav Kress. The decision on whether to proceed with this material has been discussed since the beginning of the year. According to our source in the law enforcement agency, the testimony of an appellate court employee could become a trigger for launching a full-fledged audit of the leadership of the Moscow cassation, as previously happened with the former Chairman of the 10th appellate court Inna Vorobyeva and her deputy Eduard Khomyakov, and after Before the ice breaks, many chairmen of judicial panels will have to answer uncomfortable questions about the instructions of V.V. Kress. and his deputy – Karpova G.A.
Only one question remains – when the amount of materials regarding V.V. Kress. will the patience of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Lebedev, run out and a full-scale audit of the activities of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District will begin?
