The Cheka-OGPU became aware of the biography of Stanislav Ionkin, who fired a signal device at the Polygon and caused a fire. He was born in the Sverdlovsk region, where in the city of Asbest he lived with his parents: his father is an employee of 03, his mother works in an infectious diseases hospital. Stanislav served in the internal troops as a dog handler near Tyumen. After his term, he worked in Asbest at a factory. In May of this year, together with local Cossacks, he went to Kostroma and signed a contract with the Russian Armed Forces. Participated in the battles near Lugansk and Kherson. He was a grenade launcher. At the end of August, on the eve of Ukraine’s Independence Day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces went on the offensive. During the battle, Stanislav, together with two colleagues, went in a UAZ to get shells. The car was blown up. Stanislav was thrown out by the blast wave: he received a concussion, broke one leg, and the ligaments on the other were torn. The crew managed to escape from the fire. Stanislav was promoted to sergeant and given the position of commander of the grenade launcher squad. He was sent to a hospital in Crimea, and from there to Astrakhan for treatment. After rehabilitation, he was given a 30-day leave, which he spent at home. The contract expired in September. He had to report to his unit for dismissal on October 5th. But at the beginning of the month they called and said that the issue of re-signing or automatically extending the contract was being decided. By order, he reported to the paratrooper unit in Kostroma on October 2. All this time he was in position waiting for the military military command. According to relatives, the soldiers were bullied all this time and Ionkin still has not passed the medical commission. The last time he called his relatives was two days ago, complaining about inaction, saying that there were no doctors who were on the commission. It is not clear to Stanislav’s relatives how a shell-shocked serviceman could end up in a nightclub.
