The Cheka-OGPU became aware of new details of the story of the arrest of poachers who shot a mother bear and three cubs in a den on the order of Rustam Tangirov, the cook of the Lesnoy restaurant, owned by Amin Agalarov and Grigory Leps. The materials found in the phones of the attackers, which were the main evidence, disappeared from the case of poaching (pictured).

As the source said, poachers Nikiforov and Nichkov were detained in an official car of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Roslesinforg”, inside of which there were skins, paws, fat, and heads of bears. The main evidence of the attackers’ guilt was in the phone seized from them. There were photos of poachers with guns posing with only a mother bear and cubs killed in a den. The phones also contained correspondence. It followed from it that paws, fat, etc. will be smuggled into China. And the meat of the animals is intended for the Moscow restaurant “Lesnoy”. From the correspondence it follows that poachers regularly supply meat from wild animals illegally killed in the Irkutsk region to Lesnoy.

They come to an agreement with the cook Tangirov and the top manager of the Agalarovs’ restaurant empire, Ekaterina Chernykh.

In fact, it was a done deal. And something strange happens. The prescribed pre-investigation check or the criminal case itself is replaced by an official check of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (pictured). As part of this internal audit, poachers are interviewed who claim that while working in the forest they found the remains of bears in bags and were taking them to throw them in the trash. The Federal State Budgetary Institution (oh, miracle) comes to the conclusion that this is exactly what happened and that the collaborators are innocent.

The most interesting thing is that at the moment, in the materials of the “covered” case there is this report of an “internal investigation” with a bunch of documents from the Federal State Budgetary Institution. And the main evidence – the poachers’ phone records – is simply missing. At some stage, all this “evidence” simply disappeared. This happened after a certain “call from Moscow”.

It’s easy to guess who organized the call from the efforts Aras Agalarov devoted to hush up this scandal.

The scandal also affected a number of prominent representatives of show business (Grigory Leps, Valeria, her husband Joseph Prigozhin) – but they prefer to remain silent.
