The Cheka-OGPU became aware of another criminal case initiated against the deputy head of the main department for work with personnel of the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs, Pavel Paranosenkov. Now the Investigative Committee is accusing the colonel of an episode of petty bribery; according to investigators, he helped his colleague retain his place in the authorities. In his office at 38 Petrovka, Paranosenkov corrected the results of the aptitude test for the inspector of the passport work and population registration department of the Korolev Metropolitan Police. A month ago, the rescued major was fired for gross violation of discipline, and then it turned out that he had been in service for more than a year only thanks to the “spiritual kindness” of Paranosenkov.

Let us remind you that the colonel was detained in December 2022, in his case there are about 40 similar episodes for “helping” colleagues who, for various reasons, were unable to pass vocational training tests. Paranosenkov is now under house arrest and faces up to 12 years in prison.
