The Cheka-OGPU became aware of a major conflict between the owners of the Piro-Ross company, which preceded a powerful explosion in Sergiev Posad. There was a real “war” with the involvement of security forces. There was also a third force in the conflict – the pharmaceutical giant Evers Group, which the owners of Piro-Ross cheated out of a large sum of money.

The “war” is going on between the former chief engineer of Piro-Ross, Andrei Inkin, and the general director, Sergei Chankaev (he is detained in connection with the explosion). Searches were carried out in Piro-Ross itself).

According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, back in September 2022, Inkin wrote a statement to the UEBiPK Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region regarding the illegal activities of the management of Piro-Ross JSC, namely Sergei Chankaev. The Zalp company also appears in the statement.

The fact is that two years ago Chankaev and his ex-partner Inkin cheated serious people from the pharmaceutical giant Evers Group out of money. During the time of coronavirus, Midia LLC, under an agreement dated October 20, 2021, supplied Inkin’s company Sergiev Posad Pyrotechnic Plant LLC (SPPZ) with medical products worth 15.1 million rubles, and Chankaev personally acted as guarantor of the deal. As a result, the pharmacists were not paid any money, and Midiya transferred the right to collect the debt to Mytishchi LLC Zalp, which also organizes fireworks. But even in this case, it was not possible to divide the money like brothers and give it away, at least with pyrotechnics. The debt to “Midiya” – “Zalp” was split up and rewritten under an assignment agreement to Inkin’s “SPPZ”, and Chankaev simply stepped aside. In fact, Inkin realized that his partner had cheated him. At the same time, disputes began between former friends over forklifts and mutual accusations of forgery of documents, especially since Inkin’s debt to “Zalp” eventually grew to 28 million rubles. At the same time, Chankaev also did not sit still, and in every possible way prevented the SPZ from receiving government contracts. For example, in August last year, the directorate of the Mashuk youth forum refused Inkin’s pyrotechnics, although before that it had signed an agreement with him.

Therefore, the former chief engineer of Piro-Ross wrote a statement demanding that Chankaev and the Zalp company be checked for collusion. Don’t forget that right now Piro-Ross is undergoing a bankruptcy procedure, and if after the audit it turned out that there was, in principle, no property that could be sold and pay off debts, Chankaev would definitely be charged with a criminal case and imprisoned would.
