The Cheka-OGPU became aware of a gigantic scandal with security forces from the Krasnodar region…

The Cheka-OGPU became aware of a gigantic scandal involving security forces from the Krasnodar Territory, who were caught leaking secret documents to the Presidential Administration. During the audit, it was established that over the course of several months, operatives from Novorossiysk “lost” court orders, reports, documentation classified as DSP and “secret.” Three officers are under suspicion: captains Nikolai Kasambulya and Vyacheslav Dikusarov, as well as the deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Major Alexander Benedensky. But most importantly, it turned out that one of the police officers works for certain structures in the Administration of the Russian Federation and leaks materials containing state secrets there. At least one such case is known: in a roundabout way, the AP received a screenshot of the first page of the decision to initiate a petition to the court for wiretapping and full access to the mailboxes and correspondence of representatives of one structure. Which one is classified, resolution No. 3/11/7-197с is dated 03/24/2023.

Around the same time, conversations began in the media around the prospects of the Novorossiysk Sea Port, and the leaking of the resolution looked more like someone’s report. Interestingly, back in 2020, “spy bugs” were found on the territory of the Novorossiysk branch of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. They were in the closet and bedside table of the organization’s chief accountant. Who exactly is the customer of the current drains is also unknown. However, someone very high up has an interest in preventing the story from getting to the top. According to the source, the internal investigation into the employees of the Novorossiysk criminal enterprise was delayed, and the results were hidden in every possible way so as not to get on the tables of the authorities. In relation to the untimely transfer of information, an inspection has already been scheduled, which has been entrusted to the acting head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region, Colonel Armen Harutyunyan.
