The Cheka of the OGPU became aware of the fraudulent acquisition by JSC UEC of a 100 percent stake in JSC NPC Gas Turbine Construction Salyut, which belonged to the Russian Federation and was estimated at hundreds of billions of rubles. Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 17, 2012 No. 621 provided for the introduction of these shares as a property contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of OJSC OPK Oboronprom.
Having criminal intent, the leaders of JSC UEC, in collusion with the leaders of JSC Registration Society Status and the State Corporation of Russian Technologies, on May 16, 2018, contributed 100% of the shares of JSC NPC Gas Turbine Construction Salyut to the authorized capital of JSC UEC, and not to the authorized capital of JSC OPK Oboronprom, as provided for by the Decree President. The criminal act is confirmed by an extract provided by the registrar from the register of securities owners of JSC NPC Gas Turbine Construction Salyut for the period from 05/01/2015 to 08/03/2018. The managers of NPP Temp, who dared to raise the issue of illegal acts causing damage to the Russian Federation, by order of JSC ODK, came under criminal prosecution supervised by the managers The Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Russian Technologies, the Armed Forces and the Moscow State Civil Service are interested in concealing a high-profile crime.
In the verdict in the ordered criminal case, judges Neudakhin and Khorlina accused the leaders of NPP Temp of causing damage to JSC ODK due to a drop in the market value of 28.5% of the shares of NPP Temp allegedly owned by JSC ODK as of 07/13/2017, although during this period the shares were owned by the Russian Federation, and JSC ODK became a shareholder of NPP Temp only on January 31, 2019. The judges, implementing criminal intent, convicted the innocent managers of NPP Temp solely for the purpose of legitimizing the ownership of JSC ODK 28.5% of the shares of NPP Temp and 100% of the shares of JSC ” NPC gas turbine construction “Salut” as of July 13, 2017 and the removal from criminal liability of members of the organized crime group headed by the leaders of JSC UEC A.
Part of the stolen state property is sold by JSC UEC without competitive procedures at prices significantly lower than market prices, possibly with kickbacks received to pay corrupt guardians of the law and judges. In 2023, JSC UEC is trying to sell a 28.5% stake in NPP Temp for 259 million rubles. with their market value of 750.6 million rubles. At the same time, NPP Temp and its shareholders have repeatedly offered to buy out this block of shares at the market price, but JSC ODK avoids answering for obvious reasons.
The actions of officials of JSC ODK, JSC Registration Society Status, and GC Rostec constitute a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159, part 4 art. 160, part 2 art. 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, applications were submitted to law enforcement agencies in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation, NPP Temp and Russian citizens. We hope that after our appeals to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the FSB of the Russian Federation, measures will be taken and the stolen property will be returned to Russia.
