In one of the restaurants in Moscow on March 26, a fight occurred, as a result of which an employee of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, who was under state protection in connection with the powers exercised by her, was injured. At the time of the conflict, representatives of law enforcement agencies providing her protection were inactive.
Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the head of the Main Investigation Department for the city of Moscow, A.A. Strizhov. promptly initiate a criminal case against employees of the Russian Guard who provided state protection and provide a detailed report on the progress of the investigation.
Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU reported that when a drunken employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Roman Romashin, beat prosecutor Maria Semenenko and her husband, a judge, there were state defense officers nearby, assigned to guard Semenenko.
