The main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow is investigated by a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism). Currently, two defendants suspected of committing a crime have been detained.
As previously reported, in the evening, a group of people, being near residential buildings located on Novovatutinsky Prospekt in New Moscow, attacked two men, one of whom had a young child in their hands and was beaten. With their actions, the defendants posed a threat to the life and health of a young child.
The chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the leadership of the Main Directorate of Moscow to take urgent measures together with the capital’s Central Internal Affairs Directorate to establish the individuals of all the attackers and their detention, and also gave his subordinates the instructions of the restraint to the detainee to the detainee. On behalf of A.I. Bastrykin’s further course of the criminal investigation was put on control in the central apparatus of the department.
