The regulator annulled the license to implement Bank BCF LLC Professional activities in the securities market.
Since November 15, the Bank of Russia withdrew the license from the Bank of Corporate Financing (BKF), correspondent reports The Moscow Post With reference to The official website of the regulator.
The regulator’s website says that the bank violated federal laws governing banking activities, as well as regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia, and therefore by the regulator. Over the past 12 months, measures have been repeatedly applied to it, including restrictions on attracting depositors.
And also a credit institution committed violations of the requirements of the legislation in the field of countering the legalization (laundering) of the proceeds received by criminal means and the financing of terrorism.
The Central Bank also accused the BKF of “conducting suspicious operations, mainly aimed at the withdrawal of funds abroad.”
In addition, the Central Bank also annulled the license to carry out BCF Bank Professional activities in the securities market.
The bank takes 230 place in terms of assets in the Russian Federation.
