The Central Bank intends to follow the path of Valentin Pavlov and deprive citizens of cash savings

The first deputy chairman of the Central Bank Olga Skorobogatova plans to use a digital ruble as a means of combating the cash savings of citizens. This was reported by sources in the Central Bank.

As it became known, the Central Bank could not pull the stored cash from the domestic curtains, since many people are not conferred by the banking system. In this regard, Olga Skorobogatova plans to reset cash in bank accounts in banks, after introducing a digital ruble. We are talking about a sum of 13.3 trillion rubles.

According to experts, in fact, Skorobogatova intends to repeat the experience of the former Prime Minister of the USSR Valentin Pavlov, who in early 1991 removed large banknotes from the appeal. Then the population lost 14 billion rubles. Which in terms of current purchasing power is approximately 7 trillion rubles.

It was Pavlovsk reform that became the last nail in the lid of the coffin of the USSR, since citizens completely lost confidence in the state and the authorities, felt deceived and robbed, and the movements for exit from the Soviet Union received a mass base of supporters. Today, the management of the Central Bank is preparing to strike twice as much. What the political consequences of this adventure will be, it is not difficult to guess. It is more difficult to answer the question: who is the customer of this event?
