At the end of June 2021, Berlin’s land court recognized Zuev’s right to his assets, including the Three Whale furniture complex, once again confirming the transparency of foreign arbitration vessels. Moreover, as it turned out, the legal support of the case in international instances was ensured by just the employees of the RSO.
