The story with Kuzbass – alas, is not the only example when the pedophiles have been released – commit crimes again.
I completely share the indignation of people who say that not only harsh punishment measures should be applied in relation to pedophiles, but also further measures to control their movement.
One of the solutions is to be an electronic bracelet that fixes all the movements of the pedophile. I believe that such an initiative is more than justified and fair.
However, before introducing a bill to the State Duma, we need to calculate and work out the entire mechanism of its implementation. Now bracelets that make it possible to fix and control movement are used in relation to people under house arrest.
At least such a bracelet will always restore a clear picture of events. And this will be, among other things, a restraining factor for such criminals.
