The case of ex-colonel of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for Moscow and Moscow Region, administrator of the Kremlin Laundress and Nezygar channels, Mikhail Polyakov, is taking an increasingly interesting turn. As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the accounts of the chief accountant of the PR agency “Effective Communication Solutions” (EKS) Olga Baykova, associated with Polyakov, were seized at the request of the investigation for a gigantic amount of 10 billion rubles. Baykova is the wife of another person arrested in the case, Alexander Sanin.

Despite the fact that the official damage in the “Polyakov case” amounts to 40 million rubles, Baikova’s personal accounts are subject to a 10 billion ruble encumbrance. There is no such amount in the accounts, but if it appears, the money will be seized. Earlier, as part of the case, investigators first searched Kristina Potupchik’s house, and then her office in Armenian Lane. The reason for this was that Polyakov often visited this office and actually conducted part of his work from there.

The source assures that the investigation is hatching plans to combine a number of extortion cases and add Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of a criminal community). However, this is not the first attempt to build a case out of telegram operators and PR people under 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation by operatives and investigators who are actively supported at all levels by Vasily Brovko and his boss Sergei Chemezov, who are actively clearing the Telegram “clearing” for themselves personally.

However, he never installed blocks and did not demand money for them. He admits to receiving money through a PR agency, but insists that it was money for posting posts. We are talking about the PR agency “Effective Communication Solutions” (ECS). Its representatives also insist that the 40 million rubles paid were for placing articles and posts and creating a positive image of the client, and not for blocks.

The ECS accountant is Olga Baykova (she was interrogated in the case, under recognizance not to leave), Sanin is her husband. The money intended for the ECS was cashed out and rolled through to reduce the tax base through the individual entrepreneur Sanin. The latter had nothing to do with the Telegram world and was not acquainted with Polyakov.

The owner of the EX is Ivan Samoilenko. Previously, Mark Sherman was a co-owner of EKS. Samoilenko and Sherman are well-known people in the world of PR, managers in large companies, and Sherman also positions himself as a major Telegram specialist.
