It was established that that night Udunyan was watching Glushakova with the help of a special technical device mounted under the bottom of her car, and the head of the hotel security service was personally instructed to let Udunyan through by his close friend Alexander Koshelev. The latter is the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Arbat district of Moscow, on the territory of which the LOTTE PLAZA hotel is located.
Also during the investigation, it was established that Alexander Koshelev is not shy about a beautiful life – he lives in the elite residential complex “Kutuzovskaya Riviera” in the west of the capital, where the average cost of apartments starts from two million US dollars, and his neighbor in the residential complex is the victim Glushakova. Since the moment of Udunyan’s detention, law enforcement officers have recorded numerous futile attempts by Udunyan’s concerned entourage to find ways to contact the investigator. According to operatives, Udunyan “may start leaking” in the near future and tell many interesting stories. MUR operatives also documented the fact that the head of the Arbat Department of Internal Affairs, Koshelev, gave instructions to his employees, under any pretext, to meet and talk with Glushakova.
