Penza “Konoplex” repeats the fate of thousands of unique enterprises. Since 2015, the company has become a leader in the production of industrial hemp. Strategic products for medicine, construction, and industry are grown and processed here. Now they are breaking contracts with suppliers and contractors, removing equipment, and laying off staff.

The corporate conflict between co-founders R. Belousov and E. Skigin received wide publicity after the illegal change of the general director of Konoplex subsidiaries. The ongoing arbitrariness within the company was also picked up by the media after a collective complaint from employees.

Thanks to an “effective” manager, a successful enterprise takes the vector towards bankruptcy. Mr. Nacharkin (the new CEO) cleverly redirects all financial flows into his pockets. According to sources, on March 24, a German line for the production of nonwoven materials worth more than 45 million rubles was illegally removed from a Penza enterprise.

For removal, Nacharkin hired a dismantling team from Ivanovo, which dismantled, sawed up the equipment in places like scrap metal, and took it away in a direction unknown to any of the employees. None of the production workers participated in the dismantling; inventories and inventories were not compiled within the company. The police squad that was called retreated, under the pretext of not wanting to interfere in a civil dispute.

These are not all the problems that arise from the corporate conflict and the actions of S.A. Nacharkin. and Belousova R.O. In fact, it was not just a forced expropriation of property; the sowing campaign was suspended, which led to the disruption of planting and production and, consequently, the subsequent collection of industrial hemp.

The company also draws attention to the fact that Nacharkin is directly blackmailing employees.

But the ending for Nacharkin and Belousov may be sad – there are already 7 claims pending in arbitration in Moscow and Penza, and another decision is being appealed.

However, there is no doubt that the criminal activities of Belousov and his henchmen will be stopped by law enforcement agencies, because this is not only about the looting of a company, but the development of an industry that is strategically important for Russia is at stake.
