The case of a criminal community consisting of employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation is gaining momentum. As the Cheka-OGPU learned, as part of the investigation, an employee of the Counterintelligence Operations Service (SRO) of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the region, 38-year-old Major Pavel Krylov, was arrested. Searches were carried out at his home and office, after which the court chose a preventive measure for Krylov in the form of detention. Confrontations were also held between Krylov and other FSB officers involved in this case. Krylov does not admit guilt.
Let us remind you that earlier in the framework of this case, the curator of all capital courts from the FSB of the Russian Federation, Alexander Ushakov, was arrested. He was charged with creating a criminal community using his official position (Part 3, Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and three counts of attempted bribery (Articles 30 and 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The total amount of bribes is a gigantic figure of 15 billion rubles. Similar charges have been brought against Krylov.
According to the Cheka-OGPU, the GVSU believes that Ushakov and Krylov tried to extract three bribes of 5 billion rubles from each co-owner of the Merlion company – Alexey Abramov, Oleg Karchev and Vladislav Mangutov.
We previously reported that in the same case, employees of department M Alexey Tsarev and Sergey Manyshkin were also detained. After interrogation, they began to cooperate and entered into a pre-trial agreement. Thanks to this, on November 24, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest for both.
