The capital’s Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee released from pre-trial detention center under house arrest the ex-president of HC “Lynx” SOBR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the husband of the singer Sogdiana and friend of Yevkurov – Bashir Kushtov.

According to the Cheka-OGPU, Kushtov previously offered the court 35 million rubles as bail, and the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, also petitioned for him before the Presnensky Court in Moscow. But all this did not help him get out of the pre-trial detention center.

Bashir Kushtov, as well as the general director of the Afrocom international fund, vice-president of the Rospolitika fund Igor Yurasov and Andrey Fetisov were arrested for taking $0.5 million from a representative of the fugitive banker Ilya Kligman for resolving the issue of not bringing the latter to criminal responsibility , but nothing was decided and he turned to the FSB. The detainees began to turn on each other one by one, and then turned on two more former FSB officers, who were subsequently also arrested.

According to the Cheka-OGPU, Kushtov admitted his guilt and asked him not to be arrested, saying he was not going to hide, since he was on the international wanted list at the request of Ukraine and was included in the Peacemaker database.

This is a separate note, because, according to the SBU, Kushtov participated in the preparation of an operation to eliminate a Ukrainian intelligence officer, which failed – in 2019, while planting a Ukrainian intelligence officer under a car, he was blown up, but Alexey Komarychev survived, whom the SBU considers a former “officer of the Moscow government security regiment.” and the FSB of the Russian Federation” (allegedly he was fired “under compromising circumstances and under pressure from the FSB to military intelligence”), after which the SBU detained Timur Dzortov at a safe house (he worked in the administration of Ingushetia, received an award from Yevkurov). Both citizens of the Russian Federation were on the territory of Ukraine on passports of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan with the surnames Lomako and Kirik.
