The Moscow Basmanny Court received the request of the Investigative Committee for the extension of the term of arrest to the ex-investigator of the Main Directorate of the TFR in Moscow Levon Agadzhanyan. He is suspected of falsifying evidence in the shooting case in the Moscow City Oeka Tower, where the guards of the authoritative businessman Gavriil Yushvaev (Garik Makhachkala) and the authority of Dmitry Pavlov (Pavlik) came together in the battle.

Agadzhanyan insisted that Pavlik’s guards were to blame for the incident, including an employee of the Russian Guard Dmitry Jacobson, supposedly they were the first to grab the weapon and opened fire. However, the examination showed that there were no shots from the Jacobson pistol at all. As a result, the case materials took for further investigation the already central apparatus of the TFR. Shortly before the end of investigative actions, criminal cases against the special forces and guards of Pavlik were terminated with the wording “due to the lack of corpus delicti.” After that, Levon Agadzhanyan, along with a group of colleagues, wrote a dismissal report.

The other heroes of this corruption history were much more lucky-the ex-prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semen Yakubov and the ex-Zamicar of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee in Moscow by Sergei Sinyagovsky. The investigators found that Gabriel Yushvaev allocated $ 5 million to ensure that the Boynea case in Moscow-Sym would turn against the guards (including fighters of the Russian Guard) of the authority of Dmitry Pavlov (Pavlika). Initially, Yushvaev turned to his protege for help in the prosecutor’s system – deputy prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semen Yakubov, who had trusting relations with the then deputy prosecutor’s then Vladimir Malinovsky.
