The Basmanny Court of Moscow extended until March 2021 the deadlines for the arrest by former deputies of the head of the Investigative Department (SD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Krakowski, Alexander Biryukov and investigator Alexander Bryantsev. All of them became hostages of the “Crusade” on uncomfortable St. Petersburg, organized by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Kolokoltsev and people from his inner circle – the head of the State Security District Alexander Makarov and the head of the apparatus of the Minister Alexander Nikolaev. The main task was to remove the deputy minister-head of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Romanov, whom Kolokoltsev considered the main and dangerous contender for the chairman’s chair. Being tipsy, at one ministerial corporate party, he directly told him about this: “There is an opinion that you are sitting aside!” Immediately after the detention from Krakow and Biryukov, they demanded evidence for Romanov, promising instead of preventing a preventive measure not related to deprivation of liberty and conditional terms. Interest in Person Romanov disappeared immediately after his resignation from the post of deputy minister-head of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The second task was to remove all these generals from the business of businessman Albert Khudoyan. Lawyer Gennady Uduyan testifies that he and Khudoyan extorted money and assets of the son of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Kolokoltsev and businessman-raider Sergey Zhivadin. The minister’s environment feared that this information would reach General Romanov, who was considered an unfriendly bell. Now the case has finally collapsed. After many interrogations and examinations, the TFR could not find any selfish motive in the actions of high -ranking law enforcement officers, and could not come up with a new version.
