The federal authorities actualized and extended the development strategy for the mineral resource base.
The deadline for its implementation was prolonged until 2050, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.
Specified: The document approved by the Cabinet implies two scenarios for the development of the Russian mineral resource complex.
The basic – provision of reserves and mining will remain almost at the current level. Target – involves a leading increase in the mineral resource base to ensure the growing demand for minerals.
Previously The authorities have approved a plan for the implementation of the strategy for the development of organic products until 2030.
It was also updated The consolidated strategy for the development of the manufacturing industry of Russia until 2030 and for the period until 2035.
