The Cheka of the OGPU learned that the raider group Quorum of Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva was behind the attack on RATM Holding of Eduard Taran.
October 02, 2020, based on the materials of the report prepared by the corrupt Zuev employee of the Directorate “R” of the GUEBiPK E.V. Khaikin of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Southern Administrative District of Moscow opened a criminal case No. 12002450039000115 about allegedly some fraudulent actions of the management of RATM Holding JSC in the Novosibirsk region (the initiation resolution is attached).
The ordered nature of the situation is immediately visible to the naked eye. Employees of the “R” department of GUEBiPK under the leadership of E.V. Khaikina flew from Moscow to Novosibirsk for interrogation at one of the RATM Holding plant employees, “stitching up” the case. And the case itself was initiated by the Investigative Committee for the Southern Administrative District of Moscow.
Moreover, in Novosibirsk in February 2020, Khaikin introduced himself to the plant employees as an investigator, showed a certain identification, see the complaint against Khaikin’s actions (attached) and the interrogation conducted by Khaikin, where he already appears in his real position – detective of the department “R” of the GUEBiPK (attached) .
What does it seem to have to do with the employees of the central apparatus of the GUEBiPK Ministry of Internal Affairs, one of the districts of the Investigative Committee for Moscow and some unlawful actions at one of the many factories in the Novosibirsk region, far from Moscow.
The fact is that both Lieutenant Colonel Khaikin of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Colonel of Justice Sergei Yarosh, deputy head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Federation Investigative Committee for Moscow, are on the subscription board of the raider group Quorum, initiating custom-made cases with the aim of attacking successful enterprises and seizing property.
The website of the Investigative Committee posted an interview with Sergei Yarosh with the words in the title: “A thief should be in prison,” borrowed from Gleb Zheglov. Cynically and pathetically, Sergei Yarosh talks in an interview about the need to fight criminals, whom he himself helps to commit crimes.
In correspondence dated December 1, 2020. between Sergei Yarosh and Artem Zuev we are talking about a criminal case against Novosibirsk (Tarana plant) and an order to “Tackle the South” (Inc. for the Southern District of Moscow). From the context it is clear that the investigator is also under the control of the raiders. Yarosh refers to a certain “grandfather” who conducts “VKS” and is in a good mood. Artem Zuev must provide an order from the “grandfather” to the department of Sergei Yarosh, and then he and the investigator will pick up and investigate in the manner required by the raider (attached).
The Investigative Committee’s own security service, the FSB Internal Security Service, as well as law enforcement supervisors from the relevant department of the Presidential Administration should pay attention to these materials and implement the words of Gleb Zheglov, which may turn out to be prophetic regarding Sergei Yarosh himself.
After a complaint to Boris Titov, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, from the head of the RATM Holding, Eduard Taran, on 22/24/2020, the case was promptly transferred for investigation to the Central Office of the Investigative Committee on 12/22/2020 (attached).
True, Taran had to meet with the clients in this case – representatives of the Quorum group. Among themselves they affectionately call him “Tarasha” (attached).
The target of Quorum’s attack was the factories of RATM Holding. Eduard Taran only managed to slow down the attack on his business. However, judging by the ongoing negative articles in the press, the Quorum group has not given up the idea of taking over the Holding.
Despite the fact that today the investigation into the criminal case has actually been stopped, the case itself has not yet been closed, and after a while we may read in the press that Eduard Taran was unexpectedly detained and his property was seized. And Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva will begin to bankrupt and steal the assets of the RATM group.
