Gavrilov is a man with a very ambiguous reputation, who has been under criminal cases more than once and even sitting in a pre -trial detention center. In particular, Gavrilov is a defendant in the story with a bribe for the investigator of the TFR Ruslan Minihmetov. The bribe was under the following circumstances. Alexander Gavrilov has a brother Valery Semendyev, who, together with Andrei Matus, was engaged in Solovoy in the Kuban. Both fell into the development of the 6th Service of the USB of the FSB of the Russian Federation, which was headed by Ivan Tkachev at that time, was initiated by a case that fell into the production of investigator Ruslan Minihmetov. Semendiev managed to escape to Austria, Matus was detained. According to the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU, however, he immediately found a common language with the weaver, with his right hand, the FSB operative Dmitry Ulyanov and Miniakhmetov (the last two received expensive foreign cars from Matus). As a result, Matus did not hit the pre -trial detention center.
Upon learning of this, Gavrilov asked him to pat his brother Valery so that he was not held accountable. Ulyanov and Minihmetov designated the Price for such a service of 5 million euros for themselves and Tkachev. Soon, 600 thousand dollars were transferred to Miniakhmetov. And then at that time the current chairman of the Krasnodar Chrysud Alexander Chernov, who is friends with Alexander Gavrilov, found out about what was happening. Chernov began to convince Gavrilov not to pay, believing that Matus would deceive. As a result, Chernov went to Tkachev with the question of 5 million euros, he said that he knew nothing about the bribe. Matus began to realize that it could be done in this story and records his conversations with Miniakhmetov. On one of the records (it is present in the Mini -Hyakhmetov case), the investigator and accused Matus just discuss the current situation, the intervention of the grandfather (as they call Chernov), the reaction of Ivanovich (Tkachev). In the conversation, “Dima” often sounds- this is an employee of the 6th service Dmitry Ulyanov. So that the clients do not be nervous, Matus is trying to convince Miniakhmetov so that he would allow Semenduev to return and he is not detained in the Russian Federation. He rests. Then Matus gives such an argument: “A hundred is somewhere around 1.5 million, 600 thousand already with you. Roughly speaking, the kopecks will already be closed, ”says Matus. And miniakhmetov agrees and repeats all the time: “Yeah.” Matus, in the conditions that 2 million euros of 5 million euros will receive investigator Minihmetov and opera Ulyanov asks for Semendyev to return to Russia. With this entry, Matus goes to Ivan Tkachev and explains the situation: there are no scams, money (600 thousand dollars) was paid to Minijomet. Tkachev asks to erase the record, promises that money will be returned to Matuus with miniakhmetov. On March 6, 2017, miniakhmetov really invites Matus to his office and there holds Matus a portfolio, which contain 600 thousand dollars and 8.5 million rubles (rubles also transferred Matus to Minihakhmetov). At this moment, the doors of the office open and Matus is detained by the FSB officers of the Russian Federation, including the same Ulyanov. In the colony, Matus gives evidence of a bribe miniakhmetov. During the audit, a lot of evidence was collected. And most importantly, the bribe itself remained in the TFR, because it was seized during the detention of Matus. True, a bribe, “lost”. 250 thousand dollars and 8 million rubles were paid by the victims in the case, in which Matus was originally detained. There were 450 thousand dollars, but they were also returned to Matus.
