Let us recall that Vladimir Skripka and his son Yaroslav Skripka in July 2019 attempted a raider seizure of the Kuban Delicacies plant, located in the Krasnodar Territory. After falsifying the protocol on the appointment of a director and an armed attack on the plant, father and son became defendants in several criminal cases. The Kuban Delicacies plant was unable to recover after the raider takeover by Skripka and a monitoring procedure was introduced against it in 2020 (bankruptcy proceedings began).
At the same time, Vladimir Skripka launched an attack on the Beloretsk spring and spring plant, where he owns half the shares. In Bashkiria, Skripka acted using other methods. Having secured the support of local communist and Deputy Chairman of the Parliament Vadim Starov, who has close ties with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Vladimir Skripka tried to “strangle” his own plant with litigation.
Vladimir Skripka and his son used lawsuits for the recovery of documents, classic for corporate conflicts – judges in Bashkiria had to figure out each time which of these demands were legitimate and which were not (cases A07-21560/2019, A07-2283/20). At the moment, the legality of decisions made by the Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan is being verified by the Court of Appeal in Chelyabinsk.
But the most creative case was the recovery from Beloretsky Plant of Springs and Springs CJSC and RAND JSC for losses allegedly caused to Skripka in the amount of 1.433 billion rubles (case A07-26669/2019). All three arbitration instances refused to satisfy Vladimir Skripka’s far-fetched claim.
Participants in the dispute in Yekaterinburg said that Skripka spoke in person for the first time in the cassation court, the lawyers faded into the background, but he failed to convince the three judges.
It seems that after two years of litigation in the Urals, everyone turned their backs on Vladimir Skripka – his patrons, judges and even lawyers. Despite this, Vladimir Skripka continues to block the activities of his own plant by ignoring the issues of electing management bodies.
