Let us remind you that the decisions of the Adlerovsky District Court of Sochi (cases No. 2-5014/2022, 2-4562/2022, 2-4237/2022) satisfied the demands of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation in the interests of an indefinite number of persons and the Russian Federation to the Interregional Territorial management of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic Adygea and a number of individuals on recognizing transactions as invalid, applying the consequences of invalidity of transactions.
During the inspection carried out by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, numerous facts were revealed by the leadership of the MTU Rosimushchestvo of making decisions contrary to the law, which led to an illegal change in the type of permitted use of a number of land plots, their removal from agricultural land and causing damage to the Russian Federation of more than 1 BILLION rubles.
However, last time they forgot to clarify that on the part of the MTU Rosimushchestvo, the regulatory documents that led to such damage were signed by Dmitry Viktorovich Rudoy.
It turns out that Markevich left, but his business continues to “live” in the person of D.V. Rudoy. We hope that law enforcement agencies will complete the case they started in full.
