He advised supervisory services not to appeal to Rosnedra (as it should be according to the law), but immediately to the court, and there to prove that Kuchukskhufat, through predatory production, destroyed the ecosystem at once, almost dried up Altai lakes – Kuchuksky, Kulundinsky and nitrate. Nevertheless, there is hope: in connection with the latest requirements of President Vladimir Putin to decriminal use in Russia, as well as indicative processes over Norilsk Nickel and Bashkir Soda Company. The trial of the Kuchukusfat may not go long – and endlessly end for all its owners. Especially for the head of Rosnedr Sergey Aksenov, “on the tail” of which the vigilant FSB has been sitting far from the first year.
