It is naive to hope for impartiality in the Oktyabrsky court: at the beginning of the trial, the judge refused to exclude obviously unacceptable and illegal evidence from the case.
After the Supreme Court intervened, there is a chance that the materials and inconsistencies of this case, which is resonant for regional practice, will be sorted out, and it will be conducted by judges who are not affiliated with either side.
